The system attempts to search for the cached ESXi image on the disk, next in the boot order. If the ESXi cached image is found, the host is booted from it. In legacy BIOS, this feature works without problems. However, in the UEFI mode of the BIOS, the next device with the cached image might not be found. As a result, the host cannot boot from the image even if the image is present on the disk.
Note: The release you are looking at is Python 3.7.7, a bugfix release for the legacy 3.7 series which is now in the security fix phase of its life cycle. See the downloads page for currently supported versions of Python and for the most recent source-only security fix release for 3.7. The final bugfix release with binary installers for 3.7 was 3.7.9.

If you get java script errors during update of OS X, replace the kernel(maybe in root or EFI, not sure) with the current (the OS X version you are on now) legacy kernel, then after update has begun, put the new for ex 10.6.8 kernel in.
Sirbow2 I have the same setup as you but I can't even install Leopard. Using my old computer with leopard I tried restoring the Snow Leo image to an external HD and then tried booting on my new computer but to no avail. I downloaded Hazard's iso and burned it but it wouldn't boot either. Basically when I choose the cd in the darwin bootloader a couple of lines load and then it reboots. I have the same mobo and cpu as you.
Ok I did everything you did and now when I get to the chameleon screen and choose the snow leopard hd it shows the apple logo for a brief second and then it restarts. I'm thinking kernel problem but I don't know considering I have the exact same mobo and cpu as you.

akhilcraj90, if you try to use iboot with the bootflags -v and -x it might work. if you have a snow leopard disk and a burnable disk for the iboot you can install os x. with my build it is a dell inspiron N5010 and can install mac just fine, but it cannot update to 10.6.8 from 10.6.3. if you want a disk image for snow leopard and you have a mac i could give you a dmg image for Snow leopard. or you could get it from apple.com. but ONLY get snow leopard, its the only PHISICAL DISK.
If anyone wants to contact me sooner i check my Email account often so contact me at 2001thkopr@gmail.com if you want any help or support or especially the dmg for snow leopard you can contact me there!!! 2ff7e9595c
